Privacy Policy

SureETA is built to keep most of your information on your iPhone. This policy explains what the app stores, when information may be sent to service providers, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible for SureETA?
SureETA is operated by OMITLESS LTD. For privacy questions, contact hello@sureeta.app.
2. What SureETA stores on your device
SureETA stores app information locally on your iPhone so it can plan and run your journeys. Depending on how you use the app, this can include:
- planned and completed journeys;
- destinations and your saved home location;
- preparation tasks, routines and recurring journey settings;
- planned and actual leave or arrival times;
- timing observations and personalised timing suggestions;
- reminder preferences and other SureETA settings.
SureETA does not currently provide a SureETA account, cloud sync, or an OMITLESS server that stores your journey history.
3. Location information
Some SureETA features need location information. For example, location can be used to calculate routes, show journey progress, or provide optional guided walking.
You control location access through iOS. SureETA only requests location access when a feature needs it. Guided walking may continue receiving location updates while that user-started guidance session is active, subject to your iOS permissions.
4. Information sent to service providers
Although SureETA keeps your journey records locally, some features require requests to third-party services.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
SureETA currently contains no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. SureETA does not sell your personal information.
6. Notifications
If you enable reminders, SureETA uses Apple’s local notification system to schedule alerts on your device. You can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
7. Feedback and support emails
If you choose to send feedback or contact support, your email and anything you include in that message will be received by OMITLESS LTD. SureETA may pre-fill basic diagnostic information such as app version, build number and iOS version. It does not automatically attach your journey history, location history or device identifiers.

8. Why we process information
Where UK data protection law applies, we process information only as needed to provide features you request, operate and support SureETA, respond to you, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Where iOS permission is required, you remain in control of that permission.
9. Retention and deletion
Your SureETA journey data remains on your device until you remove it, reset the app, or remove the app in a way that deletes its local data.
The Reset SureETA control in Settings deletes SureETA-owned local journeys, history, routines, timing data and SureETA settings from that iPhone and cancels SureETA-owned journey reminders. It does not change iOS system permissions.
If you contact OMITLESS LTD by email, we may retain that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal requirements.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over personal information OMITLESS LTD holds about you, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.
Because most SureETA journey information stays only on your iPhone, OMITLESS LTD may not hold a copy that it can access or provide to you.
To exercise a right concerning information held by OMITLESS LTD, email hello@sureeta.app. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
11. Security
SureETA is designed to minimise the information sent away from your device. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use platform security controls and data-minimisation measures appropriate to the current app design.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as SureETA changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make material changes.
