1. What SureETA does

SureETA helps you plan backwards from the time you need to arrive. It may calculate preparation time, travel time, reminders, recovery options and other punctuality guidance.

2. Estimates are not guarantees

Times, routes, traffic, public transport, weather and punctuality predictions are estimates. They can be wrong, delayed, unavailable or change after a plan is created. You remain responsible for deciding when to leave, which route to take, and whether information shown by SureETA is appropriate for your situation.

3. Safety

Do not interact with SureETA in a way that distracts you while driving, cycling, crossing roads or doing anything that requires your full attention. Follow road signs, transport staff, emergency instructions and applicable law even if they conflict with information shown in the app.

4. Third-party services

Some SureETA features depend on services provided by Apple, Transport for London, Open-Meteo and other platform or network providers. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy or continued operation.

5. Your device and permissions

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection where required, and any iOS permissions needed for features such as location or notifications.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse SureETA, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows, use it unlawfully, or use the service to harm another person or system.

7. Availability and changes

SureETA may change during beta and future releases. Features may be added, altered, paused or removed. We may also correct errors or make changes needed for security, reliability or legal compliance.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, OMITLESS LTD is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party routing, transport or weather information, missed appointments or connections, device or network failures, or your reliance on an estimate where circumstances have changed.

9. Intellectual property

SureETA, its branding, design and original software are owned by or licensed to OMITLESS LTD. Third-party services, maps, transport data and weather data remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how SureETA handles information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
